Hi - I've been running Amahi happily on an Asus desktop machine for 2-3 years. Unfortunately the motherboard has failed but I've been able to source a replacement and have installed it. I'm fairly sure that bit has gone ok but when I try to boot (choosing the HDD in UEFI options) it doesn't recognise it as a boot drive.
I'm guessing (from reading around) that this is something to do with the fact that the boot entries are missing from the NVRAM on the new mobo and I need to get these to point to grubx64.efi or something like that. However I haven't the faintest clue how to do that.
Any suggestions?
Julie

Take a look at the Post-install hardware changes in the wiki.
