New install, directory /etc/monit.d empty!

Other than for ../logging
So the service monit failed to start.
I continued to work on the installation, figuring I would look into this some more later.
I started http://hda to change the password of my initial user account and to install the phpMyAdmin app.
During the phpMyAdmin install (which sure takes a while), I checked the /etc/monit.d/ directory and it was populated with a number of conf files. At this point I was able to start the monit service.
Don't know why those files were not there at first....
Or how they got there later!
