CLOSED: Can't Login after install

Postby alandavid » Fri Jan 04, 2019 4:19 pm

I have installed for the first time

My username and password work fine on the portal but not on the console

I think I used the express method for install but honestly can't remember exactly

My password has a ! in it so not sure if that is an issue?

I have tried username upper and lower case and also the password without the !

What are my options ?

If you used the Express CD, the user is automatically created.

It’s admin /administrator.

Is the portal you refer to http://hda or are you referring to the website?

The amahi.org website is only used to purchase apps or create the HDA profile. The credentials have nothing to do with the HDA or access via terminal.

Was this not clear in the instructions?

Understand, but that's why we put so much time into documenting the steps for a successful install.

We appreciate that users follow the guidance.
