Conundrum: old Greyhole data pool on my upgraded Amahi 11 / Fedora 27 HDA

I recently upgraded to Amahi 11 / Fedora 27. I reinstalled Greyhole but some of the files don’t seem to be there anymore. Also, when I copy files to the HDA shares, such as Movies (/var/had/files/movies), the directory /dev/mapper/fedora-root which mounts as /, is filling up. What advise do you have on trouble shooting this problem? I can’t help but wonder if there isn’t some sort of symbol links problem from when the new Greyhole was installed. Alternatively, is there a way to just rebuild Greyhole from the files in the “old pool” pointing to a new set of shares? Thank you for your assistance.

Yes, I've checked those out and followed them. Unfortunately, they haven't been helpful in resolving my issue. I was hoping there was sage advice from other quarters that could aid me.

Have you executed the command:
Also if your root partition is not large enough for the LZ, that could cause problems.
Recommend you check the
/var/log/greyhole.log file for errors and progress.

I've done the sudo greyhole -f command several times and the sudo greyhole -l command.
I believe moving the LZ to another location might be a good idea to try. I'll look check the wiki for instructions. If you have them handy, and could point them to me, that would be appreciated.
