CLOSED: The Dashboard has encountered an exception!

Hello, after uninstalling all apps except for RPM Fusion which refused to uninstall, I upgraded to Amahi 11.
I can access the internet, the HDA is issuing DNS, Apache is running, I can access my shared folders on the network, but I cannot log into the Dashboard. I have deleted the apps folder in /var/hda/platform/html/plugins/ to remove any redundant apps and rebooted the HDA several times. Still get the exception error. Should I log a bug?
