Please help - as I have spent hours trying to get amahi to work.
Below are the steps I have followed:
1. Install Fedora 25
- created user a/c
- cable network on & created static ip address in IPv4 (manual; i/p address; dns as provided by ISP)
2. Installed amahi with pre-supplied code - ok.
3. rebooted amahi server
4. From another wireless pc on network, opened router settings via browser (Netgear Nighthawk R7000)
5. Deselected DHCP in Advanced Lan setup)
6. Restarted pc (not amahi server)
7. NO INTERNET ACCESS !!!!!!!
Can someone please tell me what i am not doing correctly?

Re: Just cannot get it to work !!!
Don't create a static IP on your router. Let the HDA use DHCP. Once Amahi is installed, the static IP will automatically be set based on the HDA profile you created on amahi.org.- cable network on & created static ip address in IPv4 (manual; i/p address; dns as provided by ISP)
Secondly, don't disable the DHCP/DNS server on your router until you have tested everything with the HDA. Ensure it all works before making the switch over.
I presume you followed the Amahi 10 Install guidance.

Re: Just cannot get it to work !!!
Hi I have deleted my original Amahi registration and started again from absolute scratch, with the correct gateway address and everything is now working.
You can now close this thread and thank you for your help.
