Everything's ok until command:
hda-install YOUR-INSTALL-CODE
.......the answer is ERROR install code not a valid code YOUR-INSTALL-CODE
What happened?

hda-install YOUR-INSTALL-CODE

As noted in the wiki:

You need to obtain an install code (denoted YOUR-INSTALL-CODE below) from the Amahi control panel after configuring a profile for the system you are installing, with proper network configuration for your network.

You replace YOUR-INSTALL-CODE with the code you got from the amahi.org control panel for your HDA profile.
