Fedora 25 Bug Changing from LVM to Standard Partition

If the disk that you are going to use had been used before by a Linux operating system then you have to format it before you start the Fedora installation. Otherwise, Fedora is going to crash.
Format guide: (Format deletes all data on the specific drive)
On Linux, use GParted
On windows follow this steps:
1) Open explorer and go to "My PC" or "This Pc", It depends on your windows version.

2) Right-click the drive that you want to format and press "Format" from the list that appears.

3) On the new window that turns up press "Start" without changing anything
4)Press "Ok" to confirm your action
