Installing both the 7.1 and 9.1 versions frustarting!

This thing is very frustrating about to give up.
The 7.1 so called "headless DVD" version jus keeps repeating the install when it goes for a reboot. Loads the same stuff over and over.
The Fedora 23 version after a lot of screwing around seems to install OK but I can never get the AHD to come up even when I enter from a Windows 10 client the (static) address of the server.

Am I the only one. Have people actually had hassle free installs of this thing?

If you want help please provide details.

Most users have no issues.

Key is to follow the instructions for Fedora 23 install. That is the only supported version.
