Can't connect with the HDA after install

I judt did a fresh install of Amahi 9. I got to the part where I'm supposed to disable the DHCP on my Rosewill RNX-Easyn4. When I disable it, I lose all connection to the internet on my client computers, including Wi-Fi-, etc. When I do the ipconfig release/renew items, it shows no devices available. I've had to reset my router to get an internet connection back again.
Any ideas?
