CLOSED: Fedora 23 Install from Live USB

Hello folks. I'm brand new to Linux and not surprisingly, I'm running into some issues with my HDA setup. I built a new PC for this HDA but scavenged a hard drive from a different PC. Currently, I cannot install Fedora23 from a Live USB. I have tried the Netinstall and the full ISO.
I downloaded both the Netinstall and full DVD ISOs from Amahi's website and I am following the instructions here on Amahi.org as well. I prepared each of those files using Unetbootin, LiveUSB and LiliUSB programs to create a bootable USB. Each time, I am able to select the appropriate bootable media and each time I get an error that looks like the image below:

For what it's worth, the system boots to the BIOS with no problem and other than there being no OS on the hard drive, there's no indication of a problem there. It posts just fine.
Hardware is as-follows:
CPU: AMD FX6300
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M
RAM: Corsair DDR1600 16gb
Any assistance would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
