How to determine what version of Amahi I'm running

I installed Amahi about two years ago and it's been running great. I'm not thinking about upgrading and would like to know how to determine what version I'm running so I can determine the best upgrade path.

Also, how can i ensure that all my media is brought over without losing anything.

Check the settings tab in the HDA dashboard.
