cant add user

What steps did you take to add a user?

cant log in to my hda.com

Error says. Password or user name wrong

Did you use spaces or special characters in the name? What length password did you use?

Best to keep the name simple. If you need to use first and last name, recommend you use a period (.) instead of a space.

Stating "Also having trouble with sync. Logon on randy2015 well not come up" is not very clear. Not sure what you mean.
