CLOSED: Network connection not Possible - AMAHI 9 Fed 23

Hi All,
I am trying to install AMAHI 9 and network connectivity is breaking as soon as the AMAHI Installer sets the STATIC IP address.
I have a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H Mainboard, 16GB RAM, Intel Core i7. I have disabled the ATHEROS based second NIC onboard and I am using the Intel based onboard NIC.
This worked perfectly with AMAHI 7 and AMAHI 8, but 3 CLEAN installs of AMAHI 9 later and the exact same thing is happening each time.
When the NIC is set to DHCP after the initial Fedora 23 minimal install, network connectivity is fine, the DHCP allocated IP Address pings and responds normally, all downloads happen and the Network Install of Fed 23 from the internet works normally. As soon as run hda-install and the IP is set to STATIC all network connectivity to the server is lost. The server is not visible on the network and has no internet connectivity. The IP Address is not pingable.
The fault initially happened with an attempt to Upgrade from 8 to 9. When this failed I decided to do a clean install. Clean install also failed, so now I am working out if this is fixable or if I need to go back to AMAHI 8 and Fed 21. The ifcfg-eno1 file looks normal, all the settings seem to have been created normally. It just doesn't work. Pool drives are currently disconnected as I do not want to have to rebuild the Greyhole pool from scratch if I can avoid it.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated, I have tried everything I can think of with my limited LINUX knowledge.

Primary HDD - Western Digital RED 3TB
Greyhole Pool HDD's - 6x 2TB Marshall (TOSHIBA) SATA3
