Possible to underclock/undervolt a Lenovo TS440 w/ Amahi

TigerDirect has a great deal on a Xeon powered TS440, but it's a full-bore quadcore. Totally overkill for most of my needs. Can it be underclocked/undervolted in the OS to reduce power consumption?
