I reviewed my system as it was built ... and want to start things from scratch, to familiarize myself with the install and the system itself.

Plus I was having intermingle issues with my Chrome Browser being able to resolve /HDA instead of the actual IP address. It worked with the IP not always with the name (HDA)

Plus I wanted to do a clean startup using AMAHI/HDA as my DHCP /DNS server - after disabling my Router's services.

All rebuilt, seems to be working ... however I'm still having issues using /HDA - the IP still works... ??

The strange thing is iExplorer works fine with /HDA -- but I hate IE; and want to use Chrome. Also the Black text on the darkBlue background on the listings is almost impossible for me to read.

I tried clearing the DNS cache within Chrome thinking that would fix it NOT...

any suggestions?

I have no problems with Chrome. I use hda/ and it goes right to the login page.

it's working now...

kept trying and finally it prompted me to login, and from then on, it's been fine.
