I have a Mac Mini Mid 2007 which is a 64-bit Core 2 Duo but unfortunately has a 32-bit EFI firmware which is stopping me installing Amahi, in short the 64-bit Express CD is not recognised at boot time.

Has anybody gone through this and has a work around?

See if Express CD Troubleshooting helps with your issue.

The other option is to try are:
A. Amahi 7 FUll DVD
