CLOSED: moving server to anotber network ¿reinstall needed?

I just installed (at home) Amahi 7 to my new Thinkserver ts140.

The server is however destined for my office network. To backup pc's and macs, share files and for offsite imaging.

since it will be in another network ¿do I need to reinstall

Depends on the IP address as the new location. If it's the same except for the 3rd octet, you can follow the Change IP Address guidance in the wiki.

If it's completely different, you may have to reinstall. I am sure it can be done without a reinstall, but that is for advanced users. It would require research to determine what needs changed.

Not many have embarked on such a journey, so not there is not much guidance.
