Installation problem: built-in apps missing?

I have attempted to install Amahi three times with the same result; installation seems to go smoothly, HDA comes up (router has DHCP off, DNS points to my Amahi server), and it seems to be functioning well - I am able to upload documents to the file shares.
But the built-in apps are not showing up; based upon what I see in the gallery on the Amahi site, the Dashboard has no apps showing up after the install - only what I add myself. The build in wiki is not working; typing wiki into a browser address bar gets "internal server error'. The top menu bar on Amahi contains "Home", the HDA and Web buttons, Setup, Help and Apps - no "Wiki" or "Calendar". I can publish a calendar to the HDA using Sunbird but cannot see any listing on http://hda/calendar - when I click the link "View all calendars simultaneously" I get a broken link, and typing webcal gets me an OpenDNS message about not finding that web site.
Any suggestions as to how I can get these apps and functionality? I really like the web calendar (based on what I've seen) and it would be a useful way to share the household calendar(s).
