Did you turn DHCP Server OFF on your router and then restart the HDA and reboot or renew the IPS for the client computers? (ie workstations)

Well, you will need to turn off DHCP on the HDA, do so by going to http://setup from a client, if you cannot do that, go to http://setup.home.com . (or whatever you set your "internal" domain to be, default is home.com)

If that is not available, go to your HDA itself and go to http://localhost in the browser, to setup, and then to the "Settings" tab, check the first box and accept the warning (if there is one) and then go to the "Applications" tab and "Servers" sub tab, you will then see "DHCP" and it will say "Running", turn it OFF. (shut it down)

I hope this helps, if not stop by the irc channel and we can do some one-on-one chat to fix your problem.
