OK, then let's say I do this again and refresh my IP for my devices.When you disable DHCP on your router, you have to refresh the IP address for your pc to get internet access from the internet.

Sorry, how would I refresh the DHCP lease? And on which PC?Did you refresh the pc DHCP lease? Also make sure the router is using the HDA for DNS server. Each router is different so might check your documentation.
Ah, see you said earlier "Refresh the DHCP lease" and here oyu say "refresh IP". I didn't know those were interchangeable.I gave you a link to the wiki that tells how to refresh the IP address. The pc you are using is the one to try first. For the router you will need to consult your user's manual.
