Problrm burning 7.1 express .iso

Downloaded the 7.1 express .iso and can't burn it to disc using Windows 7 and Nero. When I use a CD, Nero states the image is 80MB too large. When I use a DVD, Nero states that the image is in "CD format" and can't be burned. Never had a problem burning images before. Also tried on Widows Vista Machine with Nero with same resuls. What to do???
