Postby Tweako » Wed Sep 04, 2013 7:33 am

Hello,

I've got an problem.
I get a black screen during the installation.

When I press enter when positioned to install Amahi I get a black screen. Even after a few hours waiting.
Can someone help me? :?

Sorry for my bad english.

Recommend you check that your CD is good. There is a hash to ensure it downloaded correctly. Also did you have any other issues during install?

It should only take a few minutes for it to reboot, so possible your network connectivity is not working correctly.

Also ensure your detected network card is eth0 or it will not install. More details would help us assist you.

Not sure what the problem could be. Might be incompatible hardware with Fedora 19.

Might try installing Fedora 19, minimal install and then add Amahi afterwards. This is documented in the wiki for 32-bit and not 64-bit, but should work the same.
