completeing install- can't find Preferences>Server Setting

I just installed my server tonight, and I was setting up my shares, as per the amahi wiki "Storage and File Sharing"-

I was doing fine until I got to the last step-

After all users are configured, then go to Preferences -> Server Settings.

In it go to the Security tab. In the Authentication Mode selector, select Share. Make sure Encrypted Passwords is yes. Your Guest Account may be your main user, though I believe it is not necessary.

I do not have Preferences>Server settings. How can I get it? I'd prefer the GUI to be installed instead of just bashing a code in.

Storage and file sharing
From Amahi

All file sharing functionality in the Amahi HDA is now managed through the web browser interface found at http://setup

Thats all you need, just click on Shares and set it up there.

The rest of the page is irrelevant. Its just kept there for history.
