Moved to new residence

Postby radrobins » Sun Aug 19, 2012 9:31 am

I recently moved to a new home and have a new isp and router. Is there any way to reconfigure my HDA to the new settings or do I need to start over with a new install?

Depending on your router, it may work with no changes. If you can make the router IP the same as before, then you are set.

Changing ISP will not make a difference. It's the internet connection that matters, specifically the gateway (router IP).

Excellent, that did the trick. My HDA is now back up and running. The only thing that isn't working is the dynamic DNS. Is there a way to reconfigure it to my new external ip?

It should catch up. If it does not in 24 hours, email support.
