Is the Amahi Repo down?

I have tried to install this thing all weekend long and can't get the amahi repo to work. I have installed many HDA's and have never come across this error. Here is what I get:
the network seemed slow for me today, but other than that, things seem normal. installs are happening.
a fluke?
