Controlpanel says status not updating

Not sure if it is important but I have now installed Amahi and stopped the DHCP and DNS service since I want my router to manage it.
The control panel says that "not updating", could someone explain how I could troubleshoot this.

Nothing to really worry about. It may be in between states and should update eventually. If not, then there could be an issue.
Hope you realize by not using Amahi for DHCP and DNS, you are limiting your capability.

I've found that disabling DNS will cause DDNS to stop updating along with the phone home to the Amahi control panel.
I only disable the DHCP service and leave the DNS active but unused.
