Amahi Express in Virtual Box Problem...

Trying to setup Amahi using the Amahi Express CD image in a VM using Virtual Box 4.0.8 on a Windows XP Host.
After the inital screen when I press enter to install I get the screen shown below. I have tired tweaking some of the settings for the VM but always the same problem.
Any suggestions.
