I know this has probably been asked before but I'll do it anyhow. Is there a way to download and install amahi on Fedora 14 desktop or do I have to use the 14 dvd version.
Thanks
Install on Fedora 14 Desktop
Re: Install on Fedora 14 Desktop
It has been stated that the Live CD won't work. I used the multiple CD version because I kept having trouble getting a good DVD image so I know that method will work. It takes 4 of the 5 CDs, so it is not a trivial method. There is a beta of the Express CD out there, and I have almost been tempted to give the netinstall version a try, but I haven't done it yet.
Re: Install on Fedora 14 Desktop
Hello,
The only official supported method is Fedora 14 Full DVD. However, some have installed it via USB using the DVD image.

As for using Live CD or Network CD, these methods have not been tested with this version. In Fedora 12, neither worked without quite a bit of manual work. Then some things were still broken.
So if anyone wants to try an install via Live CD and/or Network CD, we ask that you please document your steps in detail. If these methods can be proven to work the same as the DVD install, we can add the guidance to the wiki.
