Install Issues eth0 unavailable

Postby ciscoh » Thu Mar 10, 2011 1:55 pm

My on board ethernet card "eth0" died. This means i need to install Fedora and then install Amahi, rather than the preferred install.

When i do this, the Amahi install and other objects do not appear in my user desktop, but they do appear in root. Am i doing something wrong?

will this have other impact if i leave it?

Actually, it looks like i have bigger problems.

The web installer stalls at 69% Configuring Network (eth0)

Is there any way to install without eth0?
