Could someone please give me some advice on the following:
I currently have 2 separate computers. One has Fedora 9 with Amahi installed on it and the other has Windows Vista. I would like to move the harddrive of the Fedora 9 system to the Window Vista system and then be able to boot with either operating system on the same machine. Is there an easy way to do this?
Dual Boot System
Re: Dual Boot System
depends on what you call easy.
You'll have to reconfigure Grub with the proper mappings to the hard drives, OS options and whatnot.
If you know what you're doing it should be doable to figure out with trial & error (depending on your harddrive configuration, boot order of the drives etc.).
If you've got little to no experience on the command line I'd strongly advise against it.

Re: Dual Boot System
Thanks for getting back to me moredruid. Since I don't have much experience I think
I'll take your advice and forget that idea.
