i cannot for the life of me find the part to install or add the amahi repository. i have installed FEDORA 14 on a VM.
install guides show that there should be a step where i can "Unselect Office and Productivity" and then "Click on the "Add additional software repositories" button and add the Amahi repository with the following information: " i seem to not getting to this step however. i just come up to the part where i put in the username/password and then the install breezes through without asking about the repository step.
-can someone please point me to what FEDORA version works for the veterans/experts here?
-if my current FEDORA version is good enough, how do i go about install the AMAHI repository? shouldn't there a menu of sorts?i've tried to follow command line instructions (http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Self-install-existing) but have'nt been lucky on that part either.
thanks.
ps.... this is an adventure for me as my experience is with Windows OS.

Re: amahi repository
Hello,
I had the exact same problem. Here was my solution that I posted.
"Out of desperation I created a new VM in vmware workstation. This time during the initial setup where it asks where you want to install from I chose "I will install the operating system later" and for some reason I got more install options for fedora including the repo page." I should add that I burned a DVD and used it to install rather than using the iso.
Hope this helps,
Mark
