how to view hard drive content from Amahi dashboard

Sorry, i am new to Amahi, coming from WHS. I just installed Amahi to replace Vail installation. I have 2 1TB drives. drive 1 I used two install Amahi and use as the pool drive. I left drive 2 installed but unchecked during installation because I have all my files backed up from vail on it. now I wanted to move the files over to the Amahi shares, music, videos, etc... however, i cannot see how to view and move the contents from disc to disc. Is this function not available?

do I need to remove the disk and move them to Amahi over the network using another PC only?

Files are typically viewed using Windows Explorer of the shares. You can also enter \\hda in the run as box or Windows Explorer address bar.

There is help in the wiki for most situations.

thank you for the reply.
what i meant was that i left my 2nd hard drive in the Amahi server with all my backed up files from a previous server in hopes to be able to transfer these files to the Amahi HD within the Amahi console. for example, with windows home server I would be able to see the additional drive, not as part of the pool but as an available one to add if i wanted to. Then i would be able to view the contents of the drive and copy and paste onto the pooled drive.

I wanted to move my files over to the Amahi HD 1 and then add the HD 2 as an additional pooled drive.

Amahi console sees both drives under drives, so i thought I might be able to navigate to them.

No problem. There is no file management capability within the Amahi Dashboard. You can install an app like AjaXplorer or just do it using the Fedora File Explorer.
