Install Using Existing Network Infrastructure

Hello! I just finished doing an install and so far, everything is okay with some tweaking. The issue I've had is that I have a whole network infrastructure (DNS, DDNS, DHCP, PXE, etc.) that I'm not going to give up. Sure, I may be the exception instead of the rule, but I didn't like how there wasn't an option to just provide a hostname, say use DHCP, and away it goes. But I digress ...
There's two issues I'm having now. 1) I cannot install any applications and 2) Something keeps changing my /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices/ifcfg-eth0 settings!
For Issue #1, when I go to http://amahi (my naming) and browse to the "Apps" section, I get this:
For Issue #2, I keep changing /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices/ifcfg-eth0 to use:
But it keeps stuffing all the original settings back in (ie. the static IP specified in the Amahi-profile as the nameserver). Can I change this?
Also, what would be the proper channels for me to use to make a suggestion to enable using DHCP when creating the Amahi profile?
Thanks!

I'm positive it's not a network issue as I can ping out, resolve external names, etc. My only thought is that it's caching something (and I checked that ncsd isn't running either). At this point all I've really done is change the server to use DHCP, shut down named, openvpn, and dhcpd (I don't want these running).There are no applications available at this time.
This could be due to a lack of network connectivity.
For Issue #2, I keep changing /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices/ifcfg-eth0 to use:
Code: Select all
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
