I've been running Amahi now for a few weeks. I love the ease of use in sharing files, and streaming media. However, I have been struggling with a few other basic apps and I believe now my issues may be hardware related.
So, I'm going to build a new box from scratch.
Is there a guide or a post I missed about how to do this efficiently? Is there anyway to do it quickly? Are there common pitfalls when trying to do this? Thanks for any heads up or tips that come my way. This community has been awesome!

Re: Looking for a Guide to tranfer physical server boxes
Well, I just went for it anyway. Mostly good. It is up and acting as my DNS and DHCP without trouble. The only thing so far is Firefox will not load. It loaded for the amahi install, then after reboot it will just say "starting firefox" and then after spinning stop.
Odd.
Anyway, Now I'm going to try to re-install all of my apps.

Good to hear all went well for the most part. As for FireFox, could be an update issue. Have you done the Fedora 12 updates? If not, do so and that may fix it.
