Installing files on second hard disk during installation

Hi, is there a way to ensure that the subdirectories are created on another hard disk during installation? I have a second hard disk mounted as /Media and would like to have all the /var/hda/files directories on that disk. What is the best way to do that?
I had a look at the Wiki for adding a second disk, but somehow some things seem to be missing?
