Victory.....

I just mounted the second HDD into the OS. As it was already ext4 formater I did not have to re format it, ( Had formatted both drives on gparted GUI version on Ubuntu)

In my case as I did not have to format or partition the second drive I ssh into the server, logged as root ( su-) and executed the two commands in the guide. 1. The command for the OS to recognize the drive, and after I saw that indeed it has been seen, 2. I executed the mount to HDA command.

now on to, setting fixed ips to the equipments, setting owncloud, setting grayhole. Latter installing 2 3TB HDD, my mother board and bios are capable.
