cannot create static ip

i am using router i think. i have enable DCHP on router and I have DCHP and Dns unchecked in Amahi control panel. I can select hda but then I select Plex media server which takes me to Plexmyhomedomain.net i get "cannot find server" message.

If you are not using the HDA for DHCP as you indicated, there will be issues with accessing apps.
