ERROR: "There are no applications available at this time"

Postby stockphrase » Wed Sep 01, 2010 10:35 am

I just installed fresh with Fedora 12. I am unable to add apps. I receive the message: There are no applications available at this time.

There is another thread on this board where someone has the same problem, but the solution is not published there. Apparently there is a patch for this problem.

Please help!

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty. Please don't be offended, but are you sure you installed Fedora 12? Someone else had the same issue, but installed Fedora 13 by mistake.

If you can attach any log files, that might help us help you better. The more info the easier it will be to troubleshoot.

Hi, I've got the same issue, I realise now that I've installed Fedora 13, which acording to the previous posts is not yet supported, I don't want to reinstall evedrything AGAIN, and I've been busy loading data into the server, consequently I am extreemly interested when the "13" apps will become available. Thnaks for all your efforts, the system is working great, straight out of the box......

Hello,

Not sure how long it will be for apps to be available. The Fedora 13 Amahi platform is not complete.

Recommend you reinstall with Fedora 12 if you want access to the Amahi full functionality. While we cannot pin down the release of Amahi on Fedora 13, I can tell you it is quite stable on Fedora 12.
