cant log in to my hda.com

Did you use spaces or special characters in the name? What length password did you use?

Best to keep the name simple. If you need to use first and last name, recommend you use a period (.) instead of a space.

BTW, you did not provide the info requested. If you want assistance, we need the URL and more details about your issues.

Stating "Also having trouble with sync. Logon on randy2015 well not come up" is not very clear. Not sure what you mean.
