Trouble installing

Postby crazylucero » Mon May 19, 2014 8:46 am

so i used unetbootin to install from a usb. But after like 2 minutes i get an error on the screen.

[193.189133] dracut-initqueue[331] Warning: Could not boot.
[193.210180] dracut-initqueue[331] Warning: /dev/disk/by-label/Fedora-Live-Desktop-x8_64-20-1 does not exist
[193.211379] dracut-initqueue[331] Warning: /dev/mapper/live-rw does not exist
Starting Dracut Emergency Shell...
Warning: /dev/disk/by-label/Fedora-Live-Desktop-x8_64-20-1 does not exist
Warning: /dev/mapper/live-rw does not exist

Generating "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt"

Entering Emergency mode. Exit shell to continue.
type "journalctl" to view system logs.
you might want to save "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt" to usb stck or /boot after mounting them and attach it to a bug report.

what am i doing wrong? someone please help?

Are you following guidance from the wiki for USB?

The only supported method for installing Amahi 7 is via Express CD. Is there a reason you cannot do a CD install?

Yes it would be easier. There are several free ISo burning applications available on the internet.
