Yesterday, I installed ubuntu on an old computer I wanted to use as server. After that,
I installed Amahi and it asked me to reboot after installation. Normally after the reboot the guide said that there would be icons on my desktop but they're not. I can't open amahi but there is an HDA file and all that in my system folder.
What should I do?
If I want to reinstall, it says I need to remove the HDA file but I can't.
(Sorry for my bad english)
Thx

Re: Icons not showing up
Have you tried to connect via a client web browser, http://hda or http://IP_Address?
Ubuntu is not longer offiically supported, so I would recommend you start over with Amahi 7 on Fedora 19. It will have all the latest updates and apps. We no longer update apps or Amahi for this version of Ubuntu.
If you choose to stick with Ubuntu, you might consider starting over completely. It often saves hours of trying to figure out the issue. It's your choice, but I would go with Amahi 7.
