Localhost Login screen after installation

Hello,

I successfully installed Amahi 7 followed the instructions in this youtube video:

but am stuck at a command prompt type login screen after 2 reboots. it is telling me to provide my 'localhost login:' to which I am assuming I type in my username that I created during installation. Then it asks for a password which I would also assume is the password created during installation...but this screen is not allowing me to type in the password section...cant type anything at all. I can hit enter a few times then it requests me to provide the 'localhost login:' again... im not getting any error messages or anything, just this loop.

help? what am I doing wrong here.

Install may not have completed or is corrupted.
Recommend you reinstall, but follow guidance on http://docs.amahi.org. The should match the video, but to be safe I would verify.

If you use the Express CD, wait there is one manual reboot and one automatic one before you can log in. Could take a few minutes before it's ready.
