Network Troubleshooter Failed step 11

This may be related to your other issue with the router being unreachable. Are you using the HDA for DHCP and DNS server capabilities?

If you followed the instructions, it should have told you to disable the DHCP server on your router. The DHCP/DNS is automatically running on your HDA after install.
