My systemdrive is not /dev/sda when i plugin another drive

Is it a problem when my systemdrive doesn't have the name /dev/sda ?

Because i install amahi and then my systemdrive (SSD) becomes the name /dev/sda, but when i plug in another harddrive then the systemdrive becomes /dev/sdb and the harddrive i plugin becomes /dev/sda ?

How can i fix, that the systemdrive ALWAYS /dev/sda and not another name?
