Fedora 14 and Amahi 6 production from beta

Postby kyoung » Sat Feb 12, 2011 2:57 pm

Hi All,
Just wonder if anyone knows if I installed Fedora 14/Amahi 6 now during the testing/development stage will I have to wipe/reinstall once it goes live? I want to install ASAP but would rather not install Fedora 12/Amahi 5 just to reinstall in a couple of weeks to upgrade to 14/6.
Thanks

Not guaranteed, though we will try to make it upgradeable from the beta.

I'm still running WHS and have not installed yet Amahi because it sounds like the new version will be released soon. Is it worth waiting or should I go ahead and install Fedora 12/Amahi 5 and then upgrade later?

@amyahya: we think this is close to final and we also think it ought to be upgradeable

@lettcco: see the original post in this thread. Use the f14 DVD with f14.amahi.org as a repo!
