Strange problem here:

Fedora, my XP client machine and the calendar client Thunderbird 3 Beta w/ Lightning are all set for US Eastern Time (GMT -5) , but appointments appear in the webcalendar 3 hours earlier (US Pacific Time, GMT -8). Any ideas on how to fix?

you should be able to change this in the preferences in webcal:

http://webcal/preferences.php

if that does not work, go into the table to the right, at the bottom of Legend
