Lost local webapps

Restarted apache, and try to go to webmin, takes me to dash board. Same with other apps. How do i get them back?

webmin is a dangerous tool if not used with extreme care ...
the conf files for amahi are in /etc/http/conf.d/
the virtual root directories are in /var/hda/web-apps/
