SOLVED: Amahi APP's Access from Dashboard - DNS Issue

Afternoon again,

Hope you may be able to resolve this issue. I have installed 2 file exploer apps through dashboard. When i try to initiate/start either of these apps through the Amahi dashboard on a PC on the network , errors returned as per below:

"extplorer.rm35583.net’s server DNS address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

Everything else seems to be on order. Stumped by this one and I am not network savvy enough to figure this out. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do other apps work?

Hi,

Apps are:

1) WebCalendar
2) Encodeexplorer
3) EXplorer

These work from remote (ie Android) app but not/not from PC on network where i access the Amahai Dashboard.

All,

Resolved. Had to reboot server for another matter. All APPS now working, post reboot. Thanks for your time

Ah, sometimes it takes two reboots after initial install to get network going correctly.
