Postby mana » Mon Sep 21, 2009 2:00 pm

Hi, for an unknown reason DHCP on my server stop working. When it first did, I rebooted and it worked again, then it stopped again. Here is /var/log/messages

What are all the "deleting rrset?

Well, I suspect it was just a loose connection. Would that be in line with the log?

these look normal.

machines come and go.

no indication of any failure in dhcp!

check /var/log/monit for failed dhcp messages from the monitoring system.
